AWC’s Employee Culture Committee does a Motivational Monday Event once a month to bring one of our core values to life: Fun!
This month AWC Employees got to do a punch wall full of amazing prizes (mostly chocolate). Employees had to throw a bean bag at a grid of 9 boxes with corresponding colors inside and what ever box they landed in decided what color they got to choose from off of the wall.
Employees had a fun time participating and can’t wait to see what the Employee Culture Committee comes up with for next month!
