Healthcare Key Account Manager

Job Summary: The key account manager is responsible for handling a preset number of clients. These clients make up a high percentage of company income, and the account manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the clients. They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for client are met, and help the client succeed. The account manager will also work to maximize utilization of AWC products & services throughout client through upselling and on-going education/training. The Key Account Manager is a hands-on leader who is the go-to person for the assigned clients. Responsible for coordinating AWC products and services to support our client’s needs, including product enhancements, contract management, training programs, and day to day support. You must have a desire to achieve, be detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to think creatively and problem solve.
Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develops a solid and trusting relationship between clients and company
• Resolves client issues and complaints
• Managing communications between clients and internal teams
• Coordinating service team’s activities to each client
• Strategic planning to improve client results
• Negotiating contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance
• Collaborating with sales to maximize profit by up-selling
• Presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives with team members and stakeholders.
• Establishing a high level of referrals contacts
• Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
• Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients via referrals and networking
• Coordinate day to day support activities to ensure customer needs are being met
• Define and manage new training processes for your client base
• Collaborative team environment by working closely with other departments or team members both within your client base and internally at AWC.
• Coordinate and deliver training for clients as requested
• Mentor AWC new hires and existing team members
• Front line support to ensure all client issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Assist senior leadership in new corporate initiatives
• Monthly Contact with Clients

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of account management experience
• 3+ years of hardware equipment
• 2+ years’ healthcare experience a plus
• Preferred at least 1+ years’ low voltage experience
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Ability to travel <25%
