Instant Assistant® - Configuration Audio Options



The Instant Assistant from Advanced Wireless Communications has the ability to send both voice and tones to your two-way radio, phones and to some devices as local audio. We have the ability to customize these tones and voice styles to fit your needs. Below are the options to select from when choosing this audio.

Alerting Tones Options

Alerting tones are normally played before a message. The tones can indicate things like an informational message, an emergency message or a high priority message will follow. Click on the speaker to hear the sounds.

Loud Warble Tone IA Setup Alert Tones Typically precedes high priority or emergency messages.


Voice Messages Style

The alerting message is spoken over the two-way radios in either a male or female style. You can choose the style that best fits your needs. Click on the speaker to hear the sounds.

Tips and Hits for Messages

The following tips will help you design your prompts to be the most effective for your staff and most efficient for the radio usage:
  • Keep your message very short, without details. "Example: Fire Alarm Building 3"
  • Don't give specific instructions, train staff what to do when alert is given instead.
