Instant Assistant Portal Reporting


The Instant Assistant Portal offers customers the ability to view reporting online via our portal service or receive reports emailed to them on demand or on a set schedule. Below are some of the sample reports that are available. These reports include sample data for a specific industry but can be used in multiple industries.

Combined Location Summary Report

This report shows a summary of all requests by location and indicated Total number of requests, Average Response Time, number of Customer Service Failures and Percentage of failures based on activations (response time) by location.

Last page of the report give you a graphical image of the requests by hour as well as the average response time bar graph by location.

Report IconDaily Activity Report

This report shows all activations by time of activation, time of response and actual seconds to respond.  In addition, type of unit is indicated to show if unit was a bedside or bathroom alert.

Last page of the report shows totals and unit maintenance details that includes low batter alerts and tampers.

 

Location Summary Report

This report shows a summary of all requests by location and indicates Total number of requests, Quickest, Average and Slowest Response Time and number of Extended Wait Times by location. 

Last page of the report give you a graphical image of the total requests by hour.

Extended Wait Report

This report shows a summary of all requests for response times exceeding the desired wait time.  The report indicates the location or Name of the unit, Type of unit, Activation Time and Date, Response Time and Date and the Total time to Respond.

Sample GraphCustom Reports

Customers may request additional reports for specific needs. These custom reports can be written to include both tables and/or graphs and can be designed to fit most any need. Contact your Account Manager with your reporting requirements for pricing. There is an additional charge for custom reports.
