With the COVID-19 pandemic on our doorstep, the Advanced Wireless Communications’ team has prepared a plan of operation that supports employee health and safety as well as business continuity. We will remain open for business and will continue to fulfill orders and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Our dedicated staff is available 7:30am to 5:00pm CST, Monday-Friday for sales, customer service, system support, and radio troubleshooting. After hours emergency systems support is also available by calling our main number and following the prompts.

We are coordinating closely with suppliers to ensure we support our customers’ needs and schedules but be aware that possible delays may happen.

AWC Facility Plans

At AWC, we have taken the following steps to help stop the spread of the Coronavirus:

  • Authorized and encouraged team members to work from home wherever and whenever possible until further notice
  • Limiting the number of employees in the building at a time if working remote is not possible (such as with shipping)
  • Cancel trade show participation until further notice
